Resume
In the last decade, the attention of specialists, including immunologists involved in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus, has been drawn to the diabetic foot syndrome. Often in patients with diabetes, fungal infections of the feet occur. In this regard, it is important to study the effectiveness of antifungal drugs in the complex therapy of purulent-necrotic complications of the diabetic foot syndrome.
