Resume

In this work, we have assessed the frequency and nature of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract in patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura. All observed patients had complaints related to the gastrointestinal tract. The data obtained indicate that most of the disorders were functional in nature, associated with the underlying disease and its complication. Against the background of treatment and the period of remission of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract has sharply decreased.
