LIPID SPECTRUM PARAMETERS IN GIRLS WITH REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM DISORDERS

Kholova N.F. Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

The purpose of the study was to study the degree of lipid spectrum disorders in adolescents and women of early reproductive age with menstrual irregularities on the background of obesity. Analyze the cases of each of them, therefore, from 120 patients of the main group. Slowing down the elimination of VLDL from the bloodstream contributes to an increase in the level of TG and increases the conversion of VLDL into low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and thereby slows down the formation of high-density lipoproteins (HDL). The combination of such factors in our patients in the future may contribute to the development of vascular pathologies, various disorders of the heart and carbohydrate metabolism, up to the development of type II diabetes mellitus.

Keywords: violation of the reproductive system, obesity, reproductive system, puberty, reproductive function.
