Resume
This paper provides an overview of some aspects of the patho- and immunogenesis of brucellosis. Particular attention is paid to the formation of brucellosis vacuoles, phage-lysosomal fusion and ER stress. Based on the stages and characteristics of pathogenic reactions in brucellosis, the most optimal therapeutic drugs and measures are considered.
