Resume
Worldwide, there has been a steady increase in overweight in children and adolescents, potentially predicting a sharp progression of obesity in the future in children and adolescents. This article analyzes the effectiveness of a systematic approach in studying the etiological factors that contribute to the formation of obesity in children and adolescents living in the Ferghana Valley of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study included 48 girls and 53 boys aged 10 to 17 years, mean age 13.35±0.21 years. A perinatal and family history was studied, an anthropometric examination was carried out, excess body weight was calculated, physical and sexual development, and the functional state of the autonomic nervous system were assessed using standard cardiointervalography. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that childhood obesity can be considered as a family disease. Special attention is required for children who have relatives with MS factors, whose mothers had a pregnancy complicated by the threat of miscarriage, arterial hypertension, a history of abortion, and early artificial feeding.
Key words: obesity, children and adolescents, system analysis.
