Resume

Using a retrospective method, the features of the clinical course of preeclampsia in women in modern conditions were analyzed in order to determine the available opportunities to reduce the incidence of early preeclampsia. The results of the analysis indicate that an unfavorable perinatal outcome, against the background of the early development of PE and the absence or insufficient effectiveness of prenatal preparation in mothers of the subgroup at risk of developing PE, determines social vulnerability. Social factors have a negative impact on the formation of the placenta, which in the early stages of pregnancy is clinically manifested by the threat of miscarriage, and as the ovum grows – hypertension, anemia, hemodynamic disorders in the “mother-placenta-fetus” system, which determine the high frequency of delivery by cesarean section.

Key words: preeclampsia, perinatal outcome, preconception preparation.
