Resume

The article is devoted to the surgical aspects of the treatment of Hirschsprung’s disease in children. It provides a brief overview of the prevalence of various surgical treatment methods in the world and presents the evolution of treatment for this disease. The results of the use of modern minimally invasive methods of surgical correction are summed up, their advantages and disadvantages are identified. For the first time, readers are offered a classification of the most serious and most common complication of one-stage surgical treatment of Hirschsprung’s disease. The article is based on our own experience in treating this disease, as well as analysis of literature data.
