Resume

In 2009-2020, primary hyperparathyroidism was diagnosed in 52 patients with urolithiasis based on clinical and biochemical tests. Primary hyperparathyroidism in children depends on the clinical symptoms of urolithiasis, the amount of calcium, and calcium-regulating hormones in the body. It depends on the process of the disease and the increase in its outcome. In patients with primary hyperparathyroidism and urolithiasis, the amount of calcium and calcium-regulating hormones in the body has increased. As a result of advanced kidney failure and sclerotic changes under the influence of calcium and calcium-regulating hormones, serum CT, vitamin D, and ionized calcium levels will reduce.

Key words: clinical and laboratory diagnosis, hormonal disorders in children, primary hyperparathyroidism in children, urolithiasis.
