DIAGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF CLINICAL SYMPTOMS IN SPLENIC INJURY IN CHILDREN

Resume

When children are hospitalized in a surgical hospital, it is impossible to make a diagnosis of closed splenic injury based on the clinical symptom complex, since the clinical manifestations are represented by a small group of diagnostically significant symptoms. The article analyzes the clinical symptoms of closed abdominal injuries in children with spleen injuries (n – 144) and without spleen injuries (n – 90). The most reliable signs of closed splenic injury in children have been identified.
