Resume

Endoscopic cystogastrostomy under ultrasound control, performed in children with complicated forms of acute pancreatitis, in our opinion, is a modern, effective, minimally invasive technique that allows achieving a satisfactory clinical effect during pancreatic necrosis with the formation of pseudocysts. However, given the relative rarity of such complications of acute pancreatitis in children, further multicenter studies are required aimed at a comprehensive study of this technique in pediatric practice, including the long-term, over decades, effects of creating such an anastomosis.

Key words: endoscopic cystogastrostomy under ultrasound guidance, treatment of a complicated form of acute pancreatitis in children.
