Aesthetic breast surgery has undergone major changes over the past three decades all over the world. Accordingly, pain management strategies have also changed, especially with the introduction of an additional method of botulinum toxin type A anesthesia, in order to improve the rehabilitation processes of women in the early postoperative period and the possibility of use not only in reconstructive, but also in aesthetic breast surgery.Key words: Aesthetic surgery of the mammary glands, botulinum toxin type A, rehabilitation processes, reconstructive breast surgery
