HYGIENIC DESCRIPTION OF BUKHARA CITY WASTEWATER AND HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THEIR TREATMENT EFFICIENCY

Resume

This article describes the need for water in the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the large consumption of water in certain areas, the changes in this area in recent years, the hygienic description of Bukhara city wastewater and the hygienic evaluation of their treatment efficiency. The wastewater of Bukhara city consists of various domestic, economic and industrial wastewaters. Hygienic evaluation of their treatment efficiency includes evaluation of the effectiveness of wastewater treatment processes in removing pollutants and ensuring public health. Treatment efficiency is evaluated based on several factors, including removal of organic matter, pathogens, nutrients, and toxins. The primary goal is to reduce the concentration of pollutants to safe levels before the treated water is discharged into the environment or reused. Effective wastewater treatment processes typically include physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods. Physical processes such as screening and sedimentation help remove larger solids and particles. Chemical processes such as coagulation and disinfection help remove pathogens and chemical contaminants. Biological processes such as activated sludge or bio filtration use microorganisms to break down organic matter and nutrients.
