Resume

Kidney damage during chemotherapy is one of the most urgent problems of oncology in oncological diseases. Often, with cancer chemotherapy, the main source determining the prognosis of the patient’s condition is the presence of kidney damage. The spectrum of kidney pathologies associated with tumors is very wide. That is why we have dedicated our research to tumor diseases of poor quality. The carcinogenic substance that we use in experiments is the oncogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon 7,12-dimethylbeisanthracene (DMBA), С₂₀Н₁₆. The increase in the number of oncological diseases in recent decades requires the development of new drugs and methods of influencing tumor cells, and in some cases, the tightening of chemotherapy regimens. Along with the successes in the treatment of tumor diseases, the toxicity of treatment is a huge problem. In our experiment, we studied the effect of the chemical agent paclitaxel.
