MODERN APPROACHES TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF COMBINED INJURY IN THE LIVER AND SPLEEN

Resume

In this review article, the authors have attempted to summarize the experience in tactics, diagnosis, and surgical treatment of patients with abdominal injury. The article briefly displays methods of diagnosis of these lesions, the possibilities of FAST (Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma) protocol, used for early detection of intra-abdominal hemorrhage and of the use minimally invasive surgical treatment of traumatic lesions. After studying the results of scientific work it was revealed, that selective non-operative treatment tactics is the preferred method of treating patients with stable hemodynamic parameters, the absence of peritonitis and can be applied in a multidisciplinary hospital. The authors also revealed tactical points non-operative management of internal organs injuries.
