Resume

Treatment of fractures of the tibial condyles remains one of the pressing problems of modern traumatology, not only because of the high frequency of these fractures, but also because of the many unsatisfactory results of their treatment.The purpose of the study was to apply a modern method of treating fractures of large tibias and demonstrate a reduction in complications after treatment. The arthroscopy method is used in the surgical treatment of fractures of the tibial condyles in the sports trauma department of RITOIATM, traumatology-orthopedic and neurosurgical departments of NVKTTM. This method was used in 37 patients, all of whom obtained positive and satisfactory results. The proposed method is highly effective and can find wide application in medicine.
