Resume

This article deals with the most common pathology of adolescent gynecology – menstrual cycle disorders, as well as the diagnostic significance of anthropometric and clinical parameters leading to this pathology. The diagnostic and prognostic value of anamnestic data and body mass index for the early detection of menstrual dysfunction is substantiated by statistically reliable methods in 272 teenage girls recruited to the study.
