Resume

Studying the etiological, epidemiological and clinical diagnostic features of liver cirrhosis, improving measures for its prevention among rural residents of the Andijan region. In order to implement the goals and objectives set for us, the prevalence of chronic diseases of the liver and gastrointestinal system among the rural population of the Markhamat district of the Andijan region for 2017-2021 and prospectively for 2022 was studied retrospectively. For this purpose, using a random representative sample from the population of the district of the multidisciplinary hospital and clinic of the Markhamat district, 6952 residents aged 18 to 70 years were examined, of which 694 (10%) people were selected. Of these, 203 (29.3%) were men and 491 (70.7%) were women. Of the general population, the number of people diagnosed with liver cirrhosis was 89 (12.8%) people. Of these, 80 were viral, 7 were alcoholic, and 2 were of unknown etiology. To solve the following problems: studying the short-chain peptide cholecystokinin-8 in the blood of patients with liver cirrhosis and assessing its effect on changes in the patient’s stomach; as well as early detection of complications of liver cirrhosis and studying their relationship with changes in the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Key words: liver cirrhosis, short-chain peptides, stomach, bleeding, gastropathy.
