Resume

The article deals with general concepts, classification, pathogenesis, morphogenesis and pathomorphology of lung hamartoma. Data from the scientific literature of the last 20 years were analyzed. Hamartoma, which is derived from the Greek words hamártēma – error and ónkōma – tumor, is a benign tumor that is mainly mesenchymal tissue that develops congenitally: fat, fibrosis, fat, blood vessels. Hamartomas occur mainly in people aged 25 and older, and on average, in the age range of 40-70 years, men are 2-3 times more common than women. U hamartoma is dysembryogenetic est, in which there is an incorrect development of lung parenchyma tissue, distal part of bronchus and other lung tissues. Lung hamartoma morphologically manifests as hamartochondroma, chondradenoma, lipochondradenoma, myxochondroma, fibrochondroma.

Key words: hamartoma, dysembryogenesis, chondroid, fibromatous, myxomatous, leiomyomatous. Hamartoma.
