Resume

The article is devoted to experimental studies to evaluate the possibilities of reducing the risk of developing postoperative complications after plastic surgery with a free full-thickness skin graft. The studies have demonstrated that the advantages of using IR radiation during expander stretching of a skin flap are morphologically manifested by the ability to preserve tissue structure, enhance the elasticity of the graft without the formation of tears and hematomas by reducing muscle spasm or contraction.

Key words: Laser radiation, experiment, autodermoplasty, plastic surgery, skin graft.
