CLINICAL CASE OF CAPILLAROTOXIC NEPHRITIS IN A 6 YEAR OLD BOY

Resume

A description of a clinical case of severe capillary toxic nephritis in a 6-year- old boy is presented. Long-term immunosuppressive therapy allowed us to achieve complete clinical and laboratory remission. The combined use of trental and chimes had a beneficial effect on the course and outcome of the disease. Follow- up observation showed complete restoration of renal function after 4 years against the background of systematic therapy with ACE inhibitors.
