Resume

Purpose of the study: To evaluate the results of an interdisciplinary approach to the conservative treatment of HMF in children using the orthodontic method with therapeutic positioning of the lower jaw.

In the clinic of pediatric maxillofacial surgery of the Tashkent State Dental Institute and the City Children’s Medical Consultative Diagnostic Center, 40 children with GNP caused by HFM were examined. The results of the studies confirm the improvement in the remodeling of the lower, upper jaws and other facial bones with a tendency to equalize linear and angular indicators, and the improvement (reformation) of the shape of the lower jaw when carrying out a conservative method of treating children with hypoplasia of the lower jaw caused by HFM.
