Resume

Scientific studies have shown the specifics of improving the early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of deformities of the dentition caused by the early loss of permanent teeth in children. As a result of permanent tooth loss at the age of 6-18 years, the defect site was filled with removable microprostheses with acinal plasty after orthodontic treatment of group 1A (85 children) with gum deformities. In order to prevent inflammatory periodontal diseases, Ginginorm is obtained from a remedy from natural plants for 15-20 minutes 3 times a day. it was prescribed to shake before eating. Group 1B (45 children) – orthodontic treatment and basic therapy were used to fill in the defect. The effectiveness of the treatment compared to removable microprostheses made of ordinary plastic was 95%.
