REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH DIABETES USING PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC PROCEDURES

Resume
The fact that in Uzbekistan insufficient attention is paid to the complication of diabetes mellitus
and cerebrovascular disease, the characteristics of the course of the disease, the unsatisfactory state
of diagnostic and rehabilitation measures, inattention to the fact that diabetes mellitus is
accompanied by depression and anxiety, special questionnaires are not used in the diagnosis of
chronic cerebral ischemia, chronic stages cerebral ischemia and their early diagnosis. As a result,
patients are doomed to live with cognitive impairment for many years, which leads to a decrease in
quality of life. The use of special questionnaires to diagnose the stage of discirculatory
encephalopathy will allow for cost-effective diagnosis and optimal treatment.
Subacutely increasing chronic CVD, caused by a decrease in the necessary perfusion of the brain
for various reasons, can be accompanied by progressive changes, such as gait disorders and pelvic
organ function, emotional disturbances and decreased cognitive functions.
