PERITUMORAL ZONE OF KIDNEY CANCER

Atakhanov M.  Urgench branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy Uzbekistan

Resume

The work shows that the morphology of the connective tissue of the tumor depends on the biological properties of the tumor. In high-grade tumors, in contrast to low-grade cancers, the PD was characterized by pronounced sclerosis, elastosis, significant width, myofibroblast activity and mast cell (MC) distribution density.

The width of the PZ correlated with the stage of the tumor, the presence of regional and distant metastases, the presence of invasion into the pseudocapsule, and the density of vessels in the PZ. Correlations were discovered between the activity of the connective tissue of the prostate and the most important prognostic clinical and anatomical parameters of tumors.

Key words: kidney cancer; malignancy; peritumoral zone; pathomorphology.
