PREDICTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE IN ADOLESCENTS LIVING IN THE CITY OF BUKHARA

The results of the analysis showed that with early detection of the progression of chronic kidney disease among adolescents, 65.6% (N= 54) of 82 adolescents had different levels of microalbuminuria when the levels of microalbumin in urine were determined for screening purposes in the group with risk factors causing the disease. The results of the analysis showed that the filtration rate of renal globules in adolescents diagnosed with microalbuminuria averaged 93.8± 3.2 ml/min/1.73 m2 in boys (Max – 131 – 88.3 min), hyperfiltration was observed in 17.4% of cases. However, in adolescent girls, renal globules had an average filtration rate of 90.3±3.7% ml/min/1.73 m2 (Max – 133-82.6 min), while hyperfiltration was detected in 10.7% of cases (p>0.05). This indicator has diagnostic and at the same time prognostic value, indicating the development of chronic kidney disease.
