IMPROVEMENT OF SURGICAL TACTICS AND TECHNIQUES IN THE TREATMENT OF CHOLELITHIASES

Resume

It is always noted that the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy and endoscopic papillosphincterotomy, which are widely used in the treatment of gallstone disease, are not free from a number of complications. Because, of the many unfortunate complications observed after these, only “postcholecystectomy syndrome” (PXES), residual or repeated HDL and DKSS are recorded in 50% and more cases. The saddest thing is that the number of re-operations is 10-15% and more. These facts call for the search for surgical tactics and techniques aimed at improving the results of surgical treatment of patients with NSCLC. In this scientific research, the results of the improved tactical and technical methods offered in these directions in the treatment of 162 patients with pain-diseases were compared with the results observed in 158 patients of the same category who were treated with the old methods. As a result, it was possible to reduce the observed serious complications in the surgical treatment of patients with gallstone disease by almost two times.
