PRINCIPLES OF DIET THERAPY FOR FOOD ALLERGY DEPENDING ON THE ALLERGENIC PROPERTIES OF FOOD

Resume

The main principle of the diet for food allergies is the elimination of allergens and allergen components that are specific to the region and individually for each patient. The correct tactics of realization of elimination diets taking into account of sensitizing properties of food in the conditions of hot climate is the main method of treatment at food allergy. It primarily depends on the timely diagnosis of the cause of significant allergens and as well as knowledge of the properties and structure of proteins allergenic foods for further dietetics.

Key words: food allergy, allergenic proteins, allergenic foodstuff, cross-reactive carbohydrate determinants (CCD).
