Resume

The article presents materials of kidney damage in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondyloarthritis (AS). Identification of urinary syndrome, as well as changes in renal function are the main criteria for kidney damage. Detection of signs of kidney damage in the early stages allows you to adjust timely treatment and thereby affect the outcome of the underlying disease. Therefore, in the patients selected for the study, the indicators of renal failure were studied – urinary syndrome and GFR. The study examined the characteristics of kidney damage in 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 30 patients with ankylosing spondylitis. The changes in renal function in these groups were analyzed depending on the age groups of patients, the stage of disease activity, the duration of the disease and the medications taken. Patients were compared with clinical and laboratory findings after rehabilitation procedures.

Key words: rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation, kidney damage, microalbuminuria, proteinuria, glomerular filtration rate, rehabilitation, remedial physical culture .
