Resume
According to the authors’ conclusion, the choice of therapeutic and diagnostic tactics for liver echinococcosis in most cases depends on the nature of the lesion, the number and size of echinococcal cysts, as well as on the choice of the most optimal access and methods of isolation of the operating field, antiparasitic treatment of the cyst and rational drainage of residual cavities, based on the principles aparasiticity and antiparasiticity of echinococcectomy, increase the radicality of operations and sharply reduce the likelihood of relapses of the disease.
Key words: morphological and cytological substantiation of the effectiveness of antiparasitic treatment methods, residual cavity, complicated and uncomplicated forms of echinococcal disease.
