Post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the magistral arteries within corrective surgery on great vessels is from 0,5% to 8-9%. Their operative treatment in course of the current development of vascular surgery is worked out good enough. Therefore, the observation of large aneurysms of these locations today is casuistry. The article presents a medical case of successful surgical treatment of a giant post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of femoral artery.
