Resume,
A reðresentative sample of 1,335 people, representing a representative sample of the male population aged 20-69 years, was surveyed. Among them, the causes of mortality were studied for 12 years. Mortality rates were analyzed relative to the total number of deaths in the groups under consideration. It is shown that mortality among them was associated with the presence and different combinations of components of metabolic syndrome.
Keywords: mortality, metabolic syndrome, imðaired glucose tolerance, chronic kidney disease, obesity, diabetes.
