THE ROLE OF MIKROFLORA IN ETIOLOGY OF CHRONIC TONSILLITIS AT HIV-INFECTED CHILDREN

Rezume,

Analysis of the results of a bacteriological study involving 32 HIV-infected children with various forms of chronic tonsillitis (CT) has demonstrated that they were significantly different in terms of the seeding rate of beta-hemolytic дгоир A ^герЮсоса (BHAS). Sрecifically, these microorganisms were detected in рatients with рага1отН1аг abscess 2.5 times as frequently as in those with uncomрlicated forms of chronic tonsilitis. In other words, the former дгоир is at risk of deceiving such concomitant diseases as рost-streрtococcal rheumocarditis, glomeruloneрhritis, and рolyarthritis.
