Resume,

The results of studies have shown that la and lb genotypes that are more pronounced necrotic-inflammatory process in hepatocytes. This fact proves the more aggressive of the antigenic and pathogenic properties of la and lb genotypes compared with 2a, 3a and lb +3a genotypes HCV.
