Resume

The aim of this study was to solve the problems of gastric changes in polypharmacy caused by the simultaneous action of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Data were obtained on specific morphological changes. To achieve the goal, stomach tissues were studied in 55 intact white rats. The results showed that as a result of non-steroidal treatment in the stomach, changes in the gastric mucosa increase in size, the shape of the glands and lymphoid follicles is changed, the proliferation of vascular wall cells, and poor stratification of connective tissue cells are observed. Long-term treatment with non-steroidal drugs indicates a greater effect on the lamina propria of the gastric mucosa.
