Resume,

The application of secondary sutures to purulent wounds after they have been cleansed of necrotic masses and the appearance of granulations allows eliminating cosmetic defects of postoperative wounds and is aesthetically very acceptable for maxillofacial surgeons, as an improved indicator of treatment of patients.
