Resume,
Experience of treatment of 9 children is given in the real work with rare pathology of abdominal organs – torsion of omentum.Primary torsion of omentum was established at 6 children, secondary torsion – at 3 patients. At laparoscopy always it is possible to establish the correct diagnosis and in the majority of patients to execute resection of the changed omentum. In some cases of secondary torsions during laparoscopy it is possible to eliminate also etiologic factors of omentum torsions.
