Resume

Relevance. In the structure of purulent diseases, various types of panaritium is up to 46%, for the treatment of which traditional methods of antibacterial therapy are used in the postoperative period. However, pathogenetically substantiated introduction of an antibiotic into the lymphatic channel is rarely used.

Purpose of the study. To improve the diagnosis and increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with purulent-inflammatory diseases of the hand, in particular panaritium, using in the complex treatment of lymphotropic antibiotic therapy in an outpatient setting.

Materials and methods. On an outpatient examination and treatment were 147 patients with various forms of panaritium. Patients received traditional treatment (control group), which consisted of performing surgical intervention, general and local drug exposure and a rehabilitation complex in combination with indirect lymphotropic therapy (main group).

Conclusion It is proved that indirect lymphotropic therapy allows to halve the need for medicines in comparison with traditional methods of treatment and reduce treatment time, providing an economic effect in case of a socially significant and frequent disease like panaritium.
