Resume,
In order to study the frequency and nature of tuberculosis drug use in children with tuberculosis, 101 children with tuberculosis aged 1-17 years who are on inpatient treatment in the regional children’s phthisiological hospital of the Tashkent region were examined. In the dynamics of 42 (41, 5±4, 8%) sick children, adverse reactions to taking anti- tuberculosis drugs were noted. The most common adverse reactions were gastrointestinal tract lesions (28, 5±6, 9%) and liver lesions (23, 8±6, 5%). The most common adverse reactions were observed in children with intra-thoracic lymph node tuberculosis (78, 5±6, 3%). Clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were correlated with changes in biochemical parameters. Adverse reactions, mainly in 47, 6±7, 7% of sick children, were moderate. In 92, 8±3, 9% of children with tuberculosis, adverse reactions from anti- tuberculosis drugs were eliminated.
