Resume

In women of reproductive age with hypoestrogenia of various origins, significant changes in bone metabolism occur, characterized by the predominance of the destruction process over the process of bone synthesis. Namely, the value of р-Crosslaps was 1.5 times higher than normal (0.83+ 0.03 ng / ml), approximately half of the examined women were found to have elevated levels of P1NP, while markers of bone formation remained within the normal range. As a result of three months of antiresorptive treatment in these women, the level of markers of bone metabolism changed slightly, markers of resorption and vitamin D indicators approached normal values.

Key words: hypoestrogenism, biochemical markers of the skeletal system, reproductive age, osteoporosis.
