Resume

The purpose of this study was to study the pathogenetic and morphogenetic mechanisms of ascending infection and the morphogenesis of damage to the membranes and the fetus in neonatal sepsis. It was established that, depending on the clinical and pathogenetic signs of neonatal sepsis, early neonatal sepsis is 68.5%, and post-neonatal sepsis is 31.5%. As morphogenesis, the first signs of inflammation are usually detected in the membranes and are expressed by the migration of  leukocytes from  decidual capillaries and venules. The inflammatory process    involves fetal polymorphonuclear leukocytes, monocytes and lymphocytes, which infiltrate the jelly wartons and can reach the amniotic cover of the umbilical cord.

Key words: pathomorphology of neonatal sepsis, morphogenesis of damage to the membranes and fetus, migration of leukocytes from decidual capillaries and venules.
