Resume,

This study describes the topographic microscopic structure of the symphysis and vertebral disc of the human spine. Spinal synchondrosis consists of a symphysis between the vertebrae, a vertebral disc surrounding the annulus fibrosus, and a vibrating nucleus. On the surface of the upper and lower joints, the vertebral disc is tightly connected to the articular surface of the spine. The inner surface of the tibial disc is surrounded by a relatively thin, approximately 2 times thin fibrous layer of the fibrous surface, consisting of much thicker and dense collagen fibers. Differences in the histological structure of connective tissue were observed in different topographic areas of the disc. It was found that in the peripheral dense layer, the taut fibrous bundles are located in a circle, from the inner layer in the radial direction, in the layer close to the nucleus accumbens, in a chaotic direction.
