ACTIVITY OF OVARIAL AROMATASE IN POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME

Resume

The results of study of aromatase activity in women with various phenotypes of PCOS are presented. 54 women of active reproductive age and 10 healthy women were examined. All patients had a functional test with an aromatase inhibitor letrozole. The quantitative activity of this enzyme was calculated. The difference of the activity of this enzyme in various forms of the disease was shown.
