Resume
The article presents the results of observation of 65 children with acute hepatitis C, the control group included 20 practically healthy individuals of identical age and sex. The age of patients in all three groups ranged from 3 to 14 years. The diagnosis of OVGS and the form of severity were established on the basis of a combination of clinical and epidemiological data, anamnesis, serological, laboratory and instrumental studies. Laboratory research methods included general analysis of blood, urine, feces, Anti-HCV was determined by ELISA using the «Human» test systems (Germany). Specific serological diagnostic tests included determination of HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBe, HBeAg, anti- HBe and anti-HDV using radioimmunoassay using the «Radiopreparat INP AN RUz» test systems «Abbott», USA and DIA-Plus kits (Switzerland). Serum L-arginine was determined. The amino acid composition of blood serum was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography on a DuPont chromatograph (USA), on a 250/8/4 Nucleosil 5C18 column at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. To determine the level of nitric oxide in the blood serum of patients with OVSH, the «Grissa» reagent was used.
The results obtained indicate that the correlation analysis made it possible to model the relationship of patients with AVHV, with the severity of the disease, and with its prognosis. The prognosis and severity of the disease directly correlates with the content of L-arginine and NO, an increase indicates a severe and likely unfavorable outcome of acute viral hepatitis C.
