Resume
The drug «Aspike» was developed at the Institute of Chemistry and Physics of Polymers of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its structure suggests the ability to bind calcium ions, and the antiadhesive properties of carboxymethylcellulose are usually associated only with its physical state in the form of a gel, while there is no data on the biochemical mechanism of action of the drug. In this regard, it is important to study Aspike, and above all to carry out a complex of preclinical experimental studies.
Key words: «Aspike», hydrogel, adhesive process, preclinical experiment.
