Resume
Insufficient intake of substances in the body leads to a decrease in the ability to deal with the harmful and dangerous effects of environmental factors, which leads to rapid fatigue, decreased ability to work and the development of chronic diseases. Purpose of the study. Hygienic assessment of quantitative indicators of food products in the daily diet of medical workers of the 16th Family Polyclinic in Samarkand. Materials and methods. The study used analytical, timing, questionnaire, anthropometric and statistical methods. It was found that the actual amount of food products in the daily diet of medical workers of the 16th Family Polyclinic in Samarkand does not correspond to hygienic standards.In order to optimize the organization of meals among the medical workers of the 16th Family Polyclinic in Samarkand, it is necessary to revise the daily diet in accordance with hygienic standards.
