Resume

Nowadays, when the foundation of the third renaissance is being laid in our country, one of the most important tasks is to improve the health of our people by promoting and promoting a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, and regular physical activity. This requires a serious approach to the problem. Studying the rich heritage accumulated over the years contributes to the development of medicine.

Key words: proper nutrition, organization of proper rest, active lifestyle, “Canon of Medical Science”, external manifestations of ailments on the skin.
