Resume
All risk factors were divided into several categories: complaints, family history of early cardiovascular diseases, increased body mass index (BMI), lean hyperglycemia, hypertension/tachycardia, electrocardiographic patterns of predisposition to rhythm disturbances. A combination of FSSR was found in most individuals. A study of the characteristic association of risk factors showed that the most common combination of FSSR was a combination of complaints and an increase in BMI (303 people, 19.37% of all persons included in the study). A combination of complaints and ECG patterns was found in 200 people (12.79%), complaints and hypertension in 175 people (11.19%), an increase in BMI and hypertension in 135 people (8.63%). Such natural combinations as a combination of family cardiovascular history and ECG and an increase in BMI and hyperglycemia were detected in 47 (3.01%) and 51 people (3.26%), respectively. Among healthy men aged 18-27, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan living in Tashkent, a combination of factors indicating the presence of cardiovascular risk is recorded in 25.77% of cases, including: cardiovascular greed and family history are recorded in 24.81% and 5.37% of individuals, arterial hypertension in 11.82%, lean hyperglycemia in 4.60%, abdominal obesity in 20.01%, pathological ECG patterns, the significance of which is confirmed by clinical and anamnestic data - in 13.36%, smoking – in 56.65%. 67.74% of people with cardiovascular risk factors have a combination of 2 and 3 factors.
