Resume

In various stages of chronic kidney disease, the metabolism of zinc, iron and copper from vital micronutrients is important, and the importance of the deficiency of these micronutrients in the development and exacerbation of the main disease is important. 180 patients with secondary nephropathy were taken for the study, and iron, zinc, copper deficiency was checked in them with the diagnosis of the main disease. In patients, zinc microelement deficiency was more evident than other microelements, and these changes were observed from the early stages of the disease.
