SERUM CYTOKINE BIOMARKERS FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND SUBSEQUENT IMMUNOTHERAPY OF TUBERCULOSIS INFECTION

Resume

The article presents the results of a study of 150 people diagnosed with tuberculosis. During the prospective study, serum samples were collected to further study the humoral immunity, including the cytokine profile of BrcPaP (Bukhara Regional Center of Phthisiology and Pulmonology) patients. There is currently an urgent need for new tools for early diagnosis of tuberculosis and monitoring response to treatment. Based on the foreign experience of leading experts in the field of phthisiology, the task of finding new candidate biomarkers useful for the immunological diagnosis of tuberculosis and monitoring the response to treatment is outlined.
