AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF IMMUNO-INFLAMMATORY STATUS IN OSTEOARTHRITIS IN WOMEN
Tohirova Nozigul Sayfullaevna Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina
Resume
The heterogeneity of the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis is reflected in the combinations of various indicators indicating the degree of joint degradation at the initial stages of the disease. Markers of subchondral bone metabolism in various body fluids may indicate pathological degenerative processes in articular tissues. The role of inflammatory factors in the development of damage to joint structures in osteoarthritis is widely discussed in modern scientific literature. The author has developed recommendations for the early diagnosis and prognosis of complications of osteoarthritis in women, taking into account the immune status, which contribute to improving the quality of preventive care for rheumatologists, therapists with a subsequent reduction in morbidity and disability.
